Thanks, you’re sweet! :) I know this isn’t really going to help, but I have no strict diet. I honestly eat like shit all day everyday lol, so I guess it’s just in my genes? But my coach always says to eat small things every three hours, that’s supposed to be healthy! And the only time I workout is in Pom because honestly I don’t have time to go to the gym or anything! But it is a lot of like cardio, abs, plyometerics, stuff like that! :)
